The Millard Oakley Library is the place to be on Thursday mornings! Story Time and Open Play for our young readers and listeners begins at 10:30. This coming week, February 2, Miss Terry is planning on celebrating Groundhog Day!
On Saturday, February 4 and Saturday, February 18, a Dungeons and Dragons Gaming Club will be meeting in the meeting room from 12:00 until 2:00.
Our Crafters Club meets every Tuesday, beginning at 9:00 a.m.
Our new Writers Group will meet on February 11 and February 25 at 10:30.
The Friends of the Library will meet on Thursday, February 16 at 11:30 in our genealogy room. They are planning a book sale on March 3 & 4, and there are plenty of new donations added, so plan on joining the Friends as they raise money for our Story Time programs. The Friends are also planning an annual meeting for Saturday, March 11 at 11:00 a.m. If you always wondered how you can help the library, this would be a great opportunity to learn more about this wonderful group.
Medicare 101 will meet on Thursday, February 23 at 5:30, and ABC’s of Medicare will meet on Monday, February 27.
The library will be closed on Monday, February 20, for President’s Day.
