Millard Oakley Public Library News
🍁7 October 2022🍁
The Millard Oakley Library hosts story time every Thursday at 10:30. All preschool and home school children are welcome to come in and listen to stories, make crafts, and socialize with other children.
Our Crafters Club meets every Tuesday at 9:00. This is a great time to meet other crafters in the community, to talk and share ideas about a variety of crafts or other topics.
The Friends of Millard Oakley Library will meet on Thursday, October 20, at 11:30. Consider joining the Friends group to help out your library. The Friends assist the library with story time, fundraising, community awareness, and other important functions. The Friends will have a booth out for 🎃🍁Falloween🍂🎃 if you would like to talk to some of the members about the organization. All members of the community are welcome to join.
The staff at the library would like to remind everyone that we have free COVID testing available at the library, but these are not the rapid tests. If you take a test, they do need to be submitted to the lab. There is a box located next to the tests to deposit your sample in. The library will ship these tests every day, and you will receive the results directly.
