The Millard Oakley Public Library exists to serve its community. Its primary function is to select, organize, preserve and make freely available to everyone in its service area, materials that will assist its users in fulfilling their education, informational, cultural, and recreational needs.

All residents of Livingston, Overton County, or another county that borders
Overton County are eligible for library cards.
Genealogy
Genealogy material is available to assist in finding your ancestors.
Meeting Rooms
The meeting room in the Millard Oakley Public Library is available for use by community groups for presentations or informational, educational, recreational meetings and programs in keeping with the mission of the Millard Oakley Public Library.
